Te Whakaraupō (Port Lyttelton), is a work commissioned by an engineer who previously worked with the Lyttelton Harbour Board. Research was based on old maps, plans and drawings; discussions and history relevant to the area and then combined into a composition that tells a story. Neither building currently exists on the site, adding to the nostalgic quality of the work.
